I wanted to provide an update regarding Mobile phone theft, which some members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey. Dear Residents,
On Thursday, 25th June 2026, the Champion Hill Safer Neighbourhoods Policing Team carried out targeted high-visibility foot patrols in the areas of Greendale, Champion Hill, Denmark Hill Estate, and surrounding locations to deter incidents of phone snatching.
If you are a victim of crime, please report it by calling 999 in an emergency or 101 for non-emergencies. Alternatively, you can report incidents online or visit your nearest police station.
Your local policing team will continue to conduct patrols while on duty to keep the community safe.
